Grape tiramisu with cookies

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g grapes, small
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Pick the grapes, wash them, and place them in a bowl. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar together well. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Layer this cream on top of the grapes. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Just before serving, grind the cookies into small pieces and sprinkle them on top of the cream.
