Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 500 g meat sausage with garlic
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- butter
- olive oil
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with lots of garlic
Dice the onion and sausage and fry in a saucepan or large frying pan in 1 part olive oil and 1 part butter. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the pureed and diced tomatoes and mix everything well. Press, grate, or chop the garlic cloves, as you like, and add them. If you don’t want as much garlic, you can use just one clove. Season to taste and add oregano and basil. Simmer everything for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and serve with the sauce.
