Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 175 g sugar
- 150 g butter, soft
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Basic recipe with variations, for 12 pieces
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Variations: – Roasted pine nuts and a few frozen raspberries give the muffins a wonderfully summery, fresh flavor. – Chopped walnuts and a teaspoon of Nutella per muffin create a chocolatey version. – You can also add peanut butter or desiccated coconut to the batter.
