Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g apricot(s), fresh
- 2 tsp brown cane sugar
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 apricot(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and drain the apricots. Then cut them in half and remove the pits. Chop the apricots, place them in a blender, and puree. Add the brown cane sugar and the juice of half a lemon and blend. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and garnish with the apricot and mint leaves.
