- 1 kg cucumber(s)
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar, 5%
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- n. B. Dill

quick to make and no cooking required!
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into 2 cm pieces. If using salad cucumbers, hollow them out. Place them in a container with a lid, add the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously. Let them stand in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 days before eating, shaking occasionally. If you like, you can also add dill. The longer the cucumbers stand, the better they taste.
