Speculoos-Mandarin-Quark Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 ml cream
  • some milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar or cane sugar
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 8 speculatius cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Christmas dessert

Whip the cream until stiff. Combine the quark with the milk, vanilla sugar, and regular or cane sugar. Fold in the cream. The speculatius biscuits will crumble. It’s best to use a plastic bag and mash them a little. Now layer the quark and cream mixture in glasses, alternating with the mandarins and the speculatius biscuits. This dessert is Christmassy and fruity.
