Spicy zucchini soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 750 ml broth, 100 g brunch
  • possibly salt
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and finely chop the zucchini and pour in the broth. Boil until soft and puree. Then add the brunch and blend again. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with herbs, if desired.
