Garlic in chili oil

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 10 bulbs of garlic
  • 5 red chili peppers
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 300 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the garlic. Wash the chilies, score them, remove the seeds, and cut into rings. Mix the chilies, paprika, and oil. Clean 3 jars (approx. 200 ml each). Fill the prepared jars with the garlic. Pour chili oil over the garlic until the garlic is covered. Seal the jars. Let it steep for at least 1 week. Shelf life: approx. 6 months.
