Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, vegan
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 small chili pepper(s), red
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell pepper and chili pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add the vegetables to the cream cheese and blend until very smooth. Stir in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
