Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 25 g arugula
  • 125 g tomatoes, dried, not pickled
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the arugula and shake it dry. Place all ingredients in a tall blender and blend thoroughly with a hand blender.
