Arugula salad with pear and walnut

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g arugula
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 15 walnuts
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the arugula and chop it a little finer if desired. Core the pear, quarter it, and then dice it to taste. The skin doesn’t need to be removed. Crack the walnuts and break them into bite-sized pieces or chop them into small pieces, but it’s best to do it with your fingers. Combine all three ingredients in a bowl and mix. Adjust the dressing to your taste; I use a little balsamic vinegar, a little oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Then let the salad sit for a while and enjoy. It tastes very refreshing.
