Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 110 g flour
  • 60 ml water
  • ½ pack of dry yeast
  • olive oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Tomato(s), pureed
  • Tomato paste
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the flour with the water, yeast, oil, and a little salt and knead into a dough, then let it rise for 1 hour. Then roll it out into a flatbread and spread it with a mixture of tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and seasonings to taste. I used salt and pepper. Bake it at about 180°C for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and mix them with the finely chopped onions and seasonings like salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the bread is baked, top it with the tomato mixture and enjoy.
