Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 80 ml oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp rosemary

vegan, vegetarian, for a baking tray or a large casserole dish
Clean the sweet potatoes, halve them with the skin on, and cut them into strips. In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with oil and seasoning. Place them on a baking sheet or in a large casserole dish. Bake in the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes. Serve with dips.
