Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g olives, green
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp Italian herbs
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious for grilling on white bread

First, drain the olives and peel the garlic and onion. Finely dice the garlic and onion. Pick the fresh basil leaves; about a good handful is enough. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, and season with lemon juice and more salt, if desired. I recommend using an immersion blender or a food processor. It’s a dream when grilled with white bread! Enjoy.
