Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g green beans
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • vegetable oil
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the peeled and diced potatoes in hot oil and sauté over medium heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes. Then add the prepared beans and continue sautéing for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Now add the garlic, quartered mushrooms, and Provençal herbs and sauté for 5-10 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
