Goat's cheese with figs and black nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 figs
  • 2 nuts, black
  • 3 tbsp black walnut broth
  • 150 g goat’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tips off the figs and then cut them twice (into quarters), but do not cut all the way through. Pull them apart with your hands and place them on a plate. Mix the goat’s cheese with the black walnut juice and pour over the figs. Slice the black walnuts and garnish the goat’s cheese with them. Serve immediately.
