Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 jar cherry(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super juicy

Mix all ingredients except the cherries into a batter, then fold in the cherries at the end. Pour into a greased and crumbled loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
