Honeydew melon with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 400 g ham (Serrano or Parma), thinly sliced
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve the melon and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the remaining halves into four equal pieces and peel. Halve the melon eighths. Wrap the melon pieces in the ham. Serve on a plate and garnish with mint, if desired.
