Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml ketchup (Hela green cap)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder, approx.
- 40 ml vegetable oil, for frying the onions
- some water to dilute the sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Curry sauce for currywurst, meatballs or meatballs
Lazy Method – quick and easy: Fry the onions in oil until translucent, add the ketchup and mix with a little water. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the remaining ingredients. This recipe is perfect for a quick snack: eaten with bratwurst, meatballs, or meatballs.
