Noodles with leek cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g leek
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • some flour
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g pasta
  • salt water
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the leek and slice into rings. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and sauté the flour. Then add the stock and cream and bring to a boil. Add the leek and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until the leek is tender. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes and let them warm through. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
