Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

fruity grilled dessert, goes wonderfully with vanilla ice cream

Peel and slice the pineapple. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice over the pineapple slices. Then sprinkle the slices with brown sugar. The more sugar, the better it will caramelize on the grill. The pineapple slices are best placed directly on the grill grate (not on aluminum foil or similar) and flipped once they’re the desired shade of brown. Enjoy warm! They also taste delicious sliced and served over a portion of vanilla ice cream. This is a wonderful way to end a barbecue evening.
