Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

a delicious dessert for every barbecue

For this recipe you need very ripe bananas, they taste best grilled! Simply place the really ripe banana unpeeled on the grill and wait until it turns completely black and starts to buzz. Now turn it over and let the other side buzz too. Depending on the heat the grill is still producing, it will take between 15 and 25 minutes for the banana to cook. Simply slit the skin lengthwise with the tines of a fork or a sharp knife. If you like, you can drizzle honey over the banana at this point. But be careful with the amount: the baked banana is very sweet! A little tip: The grill must not be too hot, otherwise the skin will burst and the banana juice will run out.
