Spelt wholemeal party bread with bread spice and sour milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 300 g sour milk
  • 1 tbsp bread spice mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Knead the ingredients into a sticky dough. Let it rest for a while. Grease the party bread pan and let the dough rise for about 1.5-2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan). Bake the bread for about 30 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Then remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.
