Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • n. B. ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Cake in a cup

Combine all dry ingredients. Stir together the oil and water. Then combine the water and oil mixture with the dry ingredients until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 minute 40 seconds. Be careful when removing the brownie, it will be hot! Serve with ice cream.
