Cherry Paradise

The perfect cherry paradise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cherry groats bought or homemade.
  • Outside of the cherry season, I like to use Dr. Oetker a d refrigerated shelf
  • 1 Btl Dr. Oetker Paradise Cream Vanilla
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 Pk Vanilla sugar, possibly a little vanilla flavor
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 100 ml Sweet cream
  • 1 Pk Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pk Cream stiffener
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  1. The recipe is enough for 5 – 6 servings if you fill it into glasses.
  2. If you want to do it for the big group, 10-12 people, you can do it in the bowl. Double all of the ingredients. Then put the cherry compote in the bottom of the bowl, smooth the cream on top and decorate as desired.
  3. The dessert can be prepared very well the day before.
  4. Preparation: First whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and chill again.
  5. Whip up the Paradise Cream according to the instructions on the packet. Then stir in the sour cream, 1 vanilla sugar and possibly a little vanilla flavor into the cream. Finally, carefully fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Now layer the cherry groats and the paradise cream alternately in glasses. Start with the cherries.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream however you want. Chill for a few hours. It really tastes heavenly, thinks everyone who has eaten it at my place. .
