Sour Cream Ice Cream
The perfect sour cream ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Organic lemon zest + juice
- 300 g Sour cream
- 100 ml Cream
- 0,5 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 90 g Powdered sugar
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well until creamy, then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that it is really cold. Then the mass comes into the ice cream machine and is stirred until the desired consistency is reached.
- Cut balls with ice tongs and arrange in a glass. I garnished the whole thing with a little dash of raspberry liqueur (raspberry syrup for children), fresh raspberries and mint.
