Sour Cream Ice Cream

The perfect sour cream ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Organic lemon zest + juice
  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 90 g Powdered sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well until creamy, then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that it is really cold. Then the mass comes into the ice cream machine and is stirred until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Cut balls with ice tongs and arrange in a glass. I garnished the whole thing with a little dash of raspberry liqueur (raspberry syrup for children), fresh raspberries and mint.
