- ½ tsp sugar

- 3 tbsp vegetable stock

- 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tbsp olive oil, virgin, cold squeezed
- ½ clove(s) garlic, finely diced
- 1 small shallot(s), finely diced

Vinaigrette chameleon that can be adapted to any type of salad with fresh herbs
Preparation is incredibly simple. All ingredients are placed in a mixing bowl and whisked thoroughly until smooth. Now the vinaigrette can be spiced up with finely chopped herbs for your salad: – with parsley and chives for garden salads – with dill for cucumber and zucchini – with marjoram, thyme, and/or rosemary for Italian salads – with savory for bean salads … etc., etc., etc. The sky’s the limit.
