Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 3 bananas, very ripe
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 45 g chia seeds
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g mixed nuts
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Fruit bread, healthy and easy
Mash the bananas with a fork. Grate the apple. Add the hazelnuts, flour, eggs, baking powder, and chia seeds and mix everything together. Fold in the raisins and nuts and pour everything into a loaf pan. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
