Apple-banana bread with raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 150 g raisins
  • 5 bananas
  • 350 g applesauce
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil for vegans
  • 5 tbsp honey, liquid, optionally agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • some fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Flour-free with vegan option

Mash the bananas (this is easiest if the bananas are overripe). Grind the oats in a blender, and melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Grease a cake pan and spread the batter in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50 minutes.
