Mini profiteroles with quark cream and raspberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened, approx. 400 g, e.g. Milchmädchen
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 packs of cream puffs (mini cream puffs), frozen
  • Raspberries or other berries, fresh or frozen
  • Mint, possibly lemon balm or chopped pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Arrange frozen mini profiteroles in a large, shallow bowl or casserole dish. Mix low-fat quark with the milk and spread over the profiteroles, gliding a tablespoonful over each profiterole (this creates the beautiful cloud shape). Now scatter the berries over the cream and garnish with mint, lemon balm, or pistachios. This can be prepared a day in advance, or 2-3 hours before serving to allow the profiteroles to thaw.
