Leek, sausage and rice stew with white wine

Rinse and cut the leek into large rings. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the leek. After about 5 minutes, fry the diced sausage with the corn. After another 5 minutes, fry the rice. Deglaze the dish with the white wine and broth. Season to taste with Maggi, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir occasionally and add more broth/white wine if necessary! Once the rice is cooked, serve. This dish tastes great with a dollop of sour cream!
