Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 onions, red, yellow or mixed
- 100 ml white wine
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with pasta or gnocchi
Dice the onions. Heat olive oil in a pan, lightly fry the onions. Deglaze with the white wine and simmer briefly. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces, add to the pan, and melt. Add the yogurt and mix well. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or gnocchi.
