Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 100 g cream
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, coarsely chopped
- pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with gnocchi or pasta
Cut the cheese into large cubes and melt with the cream in a saucepan over low heat. Add the spices and season with pepper. This goes well with pasta or gnocchi. These should, of course, already be cooked. The sauce can also be prepared in advance, but add the basil only when reheating.
