- 1 large zucchini
- 400 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
- Herbs as desired
- pepper
Instructions

ideal for grilling
Peel the zucchini. Use a vegetable peeler to cut into strips, each approximately 4 x 30 cm. Remove the core. Now dice the feta cheese or sheep’s cheese and season with herbs and pepper. Place a strip of zucchini in front of you and wrap a cube of cheese in it. Place another strip and wrap it in the other direction, forming small parcels. Thread one small parcel at a time onto shish kebab skewers and grill on the side of a hot grill for about 20 minutes.
