Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tsp pesto, green
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, only if needed
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Alternative to tomato mozzarella

Slice the tomatoes. Mix the pesto with a little oil and, if desired, vinegar. Spread each tomato slice with a teaspoon of cream cheese and place on a plate. Drizzle with the pesto dressing and add a little more salt, if desired.
