Marina's pizza dough with baking powder

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 260 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without yeast and without curd

Combine milk, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the baking powder into the flour and add it to the milk a cup at a time. Simply use the dough hook on your hand mixer. Then knead the dough into shape with your hands and roll it out in the pan. The dough doesn’t need to rest; it’s large enough for one baking sheet. I personally halve it and roll it out onto two round baking sheets. Preheat the oven to 250°C (fan/convection oven) and bake the pizza for 10 minutes with your choice of toppings. For the tomato sauce, I used Lisa’s pizza sauce. It went perfectly with the pizza, absolutely delicious! Both tuna with onions and salami with mushrooms were delicious as toppings.
