Puff pastry snails with tuna filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll (to taste ätter dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 package of herb cream cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic
  • 1 chive

Instructions

Working time approx. 55 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious quick snack

Chop the onion and chives and mix with the tuna and cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic. Then spread the mixture onto the rolled-out puff pastry. Roll it up lengthwise and cut the roll into 2 cm pieces. Place the pieces on a baking sheet to create beautiful snails. If you prefer puff pastry parcels, place them on the baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven.
