Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • some ketchup
  • some tomato paste
  • Pinch(s) of pizza seasoning
  • some fried onions
  • n. B. Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Roll out the finished pizza dough. Spread it with cream cheese, then ketchup and tomato paste. Sprinkle everything with pizza seasoning and scatter the fried onions on top, if desired. Then roll the dough lengthwise into a log and cut into slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
