Tarte flambée with tortilla wrap

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g ham cubes, lean, up to 2% fat
  • 65 g sour cream
  • 60 g light cream
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

WW suitable

Combine the sour cream, crème légère, and chives and spread it on the tortilla wraps. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the ham cubes on both wraps. Slice the onion into thin rings and arrange them on top. Then place the wraps on baking paper in the preheated oven. Baking time: 15 minutes at 180°C fan/convection oven. Tip: This recipe can also be wonderfully adapted with other ingredients such as arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
