Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g spinach, frozen
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw and heat the spinach. Combine the eggs, milk, and salt, using more or less milk to taste. Stir in the spinach. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes.
