Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 large tortillas
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g raw ham, diced
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Peel and slice the onions. Mix the sour cream, bacon, and cheese together and season with pepper. Spread on the tortillas, scatter the onions on top, and season with salt. Bake for about 4 minutes.
