Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 eggs
  • 50 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 3 sausages, cut into small pieces
  • 1 can of corn
  • 150 g peas
  • 7 cherry tomatoes, quartered or sliced
  • possibly onion(s)
  • possibly garlic
  • possibly cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Crack the eggs into a bowl, mix them with a fork, and add the water and salt. Line a deep baking tray or ovenproof dish with parchment paper and pour in the cracked eggs. Then add the sausages, sweetcorn, peas, and cherry tomatoes—and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. If you like, you can also top the omelet with onions, garlic, and cheese; that tastes great too! Perhaps a tasty salad would be a good side dish?
