Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 tbsp, heaped Ajvar
- 1 tbsp oregano, shredded
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 10 g fresh yeast
- some flour for the baking tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for 1 tray
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Roll out on a baking sheet. You’ll need a little flour for this. Let it rest briefly and then cut into strips. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes, until crispy. You can also bake them at 220°C, which will shorten the baking time. These sticks are great as a snack, a side dish for grilling, for dinner, or on the go. Of course, you can eat them with any of the dips.
