Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1 egg(s)
- 350 g spelt flour
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 5 tbsp oil
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tbsp cress
- salt and pepper

Mix the quark with egg, oil, sugar, salt, and buttermilk. Then combine the flour with the baking powder, almonds, and hazelnuts, and fold in. Form the dough into about 9 rolls and bake in a preheated oven (180°C or fan oven 160°C) for about 30 minutes. For the spread, slice the chives and finely chop the bell pepper. Mix both with the cheese. Fold in the cress and season with salt and pepper. You can also add pistachios or chopped walnuts to the roll dough. BE: 3.0 Fat: 19g Protein: 16.3g Carbohydrates: 36g
