Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g berries (currants and raspberries)
- 200 g yogurt
- 40 g sugar
- 4 scoops of ice cream, vanilla flavor
- 150 ml milk
- 2 sprigs of currants
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Whisk the berries with the yogurt and sugar in a blender and fill halfway into two glasses. Whisk the vanilla ice cream and milk in a blender until frothy and carefully pour it onto the berry yogurt to create a two-tone shake. Garnish with currant sprigs and serve.
