Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g crab
- 400 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 g feta cheese, light
- 3 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp thyme
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan). Pour the passata into a shallow baking dish. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the tomatoes, then bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Meanwhile, wash and slice the spring onions, then mince the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the spring onions, garlic, and, if desired, thyme. Then spread it over the tomatoes and feta. Briefly fry the prawns in the pan and then add them to the baking dish. Turn off the oven and let the dish stand for another 10 minutes. Delicious and very filling!
