Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g mushrooms
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 shallot(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 orange(s), juice
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 pinches of herbal salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and peel the tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber. Peel the shallot and slice it into strips. Halve the tomatoes and roughly chop the bell peppers. Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice them. Slice the cucumber. Mix everything in a salad bowl. For the dressing, squeeze the orange and lemon juice and mix the juice with the mustard, maple syrup, herb salt, and pepper. Finally, whisk in the oil. Pour over the salad mix, fold in, and serve.
