Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 pack of gnocchi, approx. 500 g
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 375 ml broth
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp ajvar
- some fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove the stems. Cook the sprouts and gnocchi in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Sauté both in a pan and add the sprouts and gnocchi. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring back to a boil.
