- 1 head of white cabbage
- 1 kg potatoes
- some vinegar, salt, pepper
- 100 g margarine
- salt and pepper

Clean and finely chop the white cabbage, place it in a large pot of water, and simmer until soft. Meanwhile, boil the peeled potatoes. Mash the cooked potatoes, then drain the now-softened white cabbage. Add the potatoes to the white cabbage. Add the margarine (butter), salt, pepper, and a little vinegar, and stir well. You can serve anything with it; it’s best served with baked fish, or eat it alone.
