Cauliflower wings

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cauliflower, frozen
  • 50 g wheat flour or wholemeal flour, if desired
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink) or another plant milk, water is also possible
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the flour with the milk until it forms a fairly thick mixture. Season to taste. I used roast chicken seasoning, but you can do it any way you like. Divide the cauliflower into florets and dip them into the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. You may need a little more of the mixture if you cover the cauliflower very generously. Place the cauliflower pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve the cauliflower wings with a sauce or dip of your choice.
